CORONATION Street viewers were left horrified as Carl Webster was brutally attacked with a wrench in shocking scenes.
The brutal brawl erupted after a heated row between the brothers spiralled out of control.
Thursday’s episode of Coronation Street saw Carl and Kevin exchange insults in the garage.
This comes after Kevin’s wife, Abi Webster, left him for his younger brother Carl, after having a secret affair with him for months.
Clearly still hurt and bitter about the situation, the brothers struggle to work together.
Things turned ugly and heated as Kevin told his younger sibling that their dad always said he was trouble and a waste of space.
Carl yelled back at him, saying that their dad thought he was a loser and hoped Carl didn’t turn out just like him.
But the row took a sudden, deadly turn when a rage-filled Kevin reached for a heavy-duty wrench.
In a split second, he swung the weapon, leaving Carl falling on his knees on the floor with his head covered in blood.
A shocked Carl headed to the hospital for stitches after the sibling fallout.
