This Christmas, Tammin plays the role of Celeste, an astronomy professor who sparks a romance with football team coordinator Max (played by Brant Daugherty) during the holidays. Tammin looks unrecognisable in her new role, with lengthy blonde locks, 20 years from her Home and Away stardom. After leaving the soap, Tammin was successfully signed by Sony BMG Music Entertainment, and in May 2005, she released her solo album, Whatever Will Be.

A year later, in 2006, Tammin focused on TV and film work, relocating from Australia to Los Angeles. She made her debut in the movie Aquamarine, where she played Marjorie.

Her love of American soaps pulled her back in, and she secured the role of Colleen in the drama series The Young and The Restless. Three years later, she shot to further fame when she joined Disney Channel’s Hannah Montana for eight episodes.
