“Home and Away” Actress Dies After Traffic Accident
(NLDO) – Jessica Falkholt, a 29-year-old actress from “Home and Away,” has died after three weeks following a severe traffic accident. This information has been confirmed by an Australian hospital. She passed away on January 17th (local time) after all life support systems were turned off.
Jessica Falkholt was involved in an accident, on a highway near Ulladulla, New South Wales, Australia. Her parents died at the scene, along with another driver.
Jessica Falkholt was admitted to the hospital in critical condition and fought for three weeks but ultimately did not survive. Her sister died three days after the accident.
“Our family requests privacy during this difficult time,” stated Jessica Falkholt’s relatives.
Australian police continue to investigate the accident. Last week, hundreds attended the funeral for Jessica Falkholt’s parents and sister.
As news of Jessica Falkholt’s passing spread, many friends and fans expressed their grief. Colleagues have been praying and supporting Jessica Falkholt since the accident.
In addition to her role in “Home and Away,” Jessica Falkholt appeared in an American film titled “Harmony,” which was released in 2018.
According to a witness, the person who helped pull Jessica Falkholt’s sister from the vehicle before it caught fire, and both were airlifted to the hospital. New South Wales Assistant Commissioner Michael Corboy described the accident as a horrific tragedy and urged drivers to drive safely.
