All Coronation Street spoilers for next week as huge exit is confirmed
Coronation Street is lining up a big week for Lou Michaelis (Farrel Hegarty) in the wake of her devious behaviour.
She’s desperate to reconnect with son Brody (Ryan Mulvey) before her sentencing, and asks for a huge favour from Sally Metcalfe (Sally Dyenvor).
Will she cave to her request?
There’s trouble for Todd Grimshaw (Gareth Pierce) when he defends Theo Silverton (James Cartwright) from a twisted conversion therapist.
After he’s hauled in for questioning at the station, Theo plans a romantic evening and declares his love – hoping they can find their own place.
Plus, in a moment of madness, Debbie Webster (Sue Devaney) plants a kiss on one of her colleagues!
Aadi Alahan (Adam Hussain) has monetary woes, and Kevin Webster (Michael Le Vell) comes head to head with his brother Carl (Jonathan Howard).
Here’s a look at next week in the street…
Monday, July 21
Things kick off at the hotel when a guest complains to Debbie. Rather than keeping matters professional, she bites back. The gobsmacked guest whips out his phone and starts filming her meltdown.
Ryan notices the altercation and somehow manages to smooth things over by convincing the guest to delete the footage. However, in the spur of the moment, Debbie plants a kiss on him.
Awks.

Later, a rattled Ryan opens up to Ronnie about the kiss, admitting he’s worried about Debbie’s dementia.
Meanwhile, Debbie clocks an injured Carl, and it’s obvious that he’s landed himself in hot water. Wasting no time, she offers her brother some cash to get out of his sticky situation.
At the prison, Lou is delighted to see the girls, but is saddened that Brody hasn’t accompanied Sally on the visit. She reveals her plan to plead not guilty, and asks Sal’ to take out a bank loan to fund her legal fees.
Will she agree?
Todd’s on cloud nine when he tells Billy that things with Theo couldn’t be better. He’s finally comfortable with his sexuality, and has spoken about the prospect of them finding their own place together.
However, when Billy overhears Theo chatting to an old workmate – casually dropping into conversation that he’s got a new woman in his life – it becomes apparent that Todd’s belief couldn’t be further from the truth.

Theo is quick to brush off what he said, and claims he told a little white lie to keep the peace with an old mate. Later, when he sits down for food with Todd at the Bistro, he’s shocked to see Noah arrive.
The twisted conversion therapist hands over a leaflet, inviting him to a meeting that could ‘save his soul’.
Elsewhere, Dev tells Aadi that he shouldn’t blame himself for the robbery. Boosted by his dads words, he has a renewed lease of life and confesses to Lauren that he likes her – and the pair share a kiss.
Carla urges Lisa to continue therapy, while Michael finds something intriguing on his boss’ laptop.
Wednesday, July 23
Todd is furious to hear that Theo is being harassed by Noah. He reads over the leaflet and charges to the community centre with Billy to confront him, gobsmacked that he’s practising conversion therapy on a member of St. Mary’s congregation.
Noah reveals that Theo is somewhere safe, causing Todd to lash out – and the brawl is recorded by one of Noah’s followers.

Elsewhere, having spoken with social services, Sally and Tim tell Brody that Lou has pleaded guilty and that she would really like to see him for a visit.
The Platts gather at the bistro for Audrey’s birthday dinner, but Sam can’t enjoy his night. Ryan tells Debbie that he was looking out for her – and her next assistant manager might not be as understanding.
Plus, Dev offends Lauren by mentioning her dad’s imprisonment, and tries to make it up to her.
Friday, July 25
Tyrone has to try and stall Abi when she plans to accompany Kevin to his chemotherapy appointment. As he sneaks out, he spots Carl and Fiona deep in conversation in the ginnel.
He’s telling her about a flash motor he’s been working on, and that they could split the profit should she steal it within the next hour.
Kevin is shocked to see Fiona speeding off in the vehicle, and when he attempts to run after her, he becomes unwell. Glenda insists on taking him to the hospital, but Kev’ plays it down.

Carl isn’t off the hook though – he has some serious explaining to do with his brother, who knows that Fiona was the car thief. Playing dirty, Carl says it’s about time he confesses that he’s been lying about his cancer.
Across the road, David and Shona insist that Lily apologise to Sam. When she admits that she locked her cousin out of the classroom on purpose, he’s furious.
At the shop, Aadi tells Dev that the insurance company have paid out for the robbery, but Bernie soon learns that he missed a payment and therefore they won’t get a penny.
Dev reveals that his aunt has given them £25k towards their wedding, and Bernie forms a plan, suggesting they bring the ceremony forward.
Will he agree?
Elsewhere, Todd is brought in for questioning over the assault on Noah, but is warmed then Theo suggests a romantic night together.
Plus, Sally’s mortified when she realises that Joanie and Shanice have been pretending to be in prison like Lou, and Brody’s grateful when Tim lands him a job at the garage.
