SHOCKING: Coronation Street Star Exposes Awful Co-Stars Who Made Crew Members Cry!

Sally Lindsay has shared some insights into the behaviour she’s observed from fellow actors when the cameras aren’t rolling.
The 51-year-old has been an actress for over 20 years, once starring as Shelley Unwin in Coronation Street from 2001 to 2006.
Reflecting on her career as a whole, Sally said she has lived by the personal mantra of “cause no trouble, and take no s**t”, however revealed that not all her co-stars have shared this attitude.
According to Sally, there are actors with “egos” who could “start a fight in an empty room”, although stressed that such conduct is less common these days.
“It just doesn’t happen because they know they’re going to look idiots,” she explained.
The actress went on to recall instances where she initially thought certain co-stars were pleasant, only to discover later that they had left make-up artists in tears backstage.
“And you go, really?,” she expressed. “I mean, there’s only a few examples of that and to be fair, those days are gone now because the ego is no… there’s no room for ego, there’s no time.
“There’s no money for ego anymore, because the future is so hard. So, it doesn’t really happen that often,” she further echoed, while a guest on the Walking the Dog with Emily Dean podcast.

In addition, Sally said she had seen people “being horrible to runners on set”.
“I just don’t understand it, I don’t understand why you’d treat any other human being less than yourself,” she said of the behaviour.
As well as Coronation Street, Sally has appeared in several dramas, including Mount Pleasant, Scott and Bailey, and Open All Hours.
She has also spent the past four years playing Jean White in The Madame Blanc Mysteries, a Channel 5 series she co-created and produces.
When recently asked if she would consider returning to the ITV soap, Sally expressed that it was unlikely.
In an interview with Radio Times Magazine, she stated: “It’s a great job and I’ve always said this about Coronation Street, never say never.
“It has been many years now and I’ve got my own show and I produce as well, so it’s probably not for me.”
Additionally, Sally revealed that she had not watched the soap since her departure.
“The commitment is too much, the nuances are too important to miss an episode,” she continued.
