“Coronation Street’s Kate Ford Shares Love for Co-Star After Revealing ‘Happy Place’ During Soap Break”

Coronation Street star Kate Ford recently shared her love for a co-star while updating fans from her ‘happy place’ during a break from the soap. The actress, known for playing the role of Tracy Barlow on the ITV show, is currently enjoying some time off.
Fans will recall that back in April, Tracy said her goodbyes – marking 47 years since her character first appeared in Weatherfield after being born on-screen in January 1977. While Kate took over the role in 2002, she has since been involved in numerous storylines, from cold-bloodedly killing her ex Charlie Stubbs to drugging Roy Cropper and faking a night together, which led to her pregnancy.
While Tracy’s return to Weatherfield remains uncertain, Kate appears to be relishing her time off. She recently took to Instagram to share a series of snaps from her visit to Champneys Spa. In the photos, Kate looks completely relaxed, soaking up the sunshine before indulging in some spa treatments. Dressed in a fluffy white robe, she also posted pictures of the food she enjoyed and a fresh-faced selfie before heading home.
Captioning her post, Kate wrote: “Back in my happy place for a few days thank you @champneysspas it was glorious!! Special mention to the amazing spa girls Ashley and Sofia for sorting Otis the Cryotherapy xx was just the most rejuvenating and relaxing time in the most beautiful place. Thank you, thank you.”
Kate’s post caught the attention of her Corrie co-stars, including Sally Carman-Duttine, who plays Abi Webster. Sally commented, “Look at your lovely face,” followed by heart-eyes emojis, to which Kate warmly replied, “Love you,” with a series of red heart emojis. Former Corrie stars Catherine Tyldesley and Kimberly Hart-Simpson also chimed in with heart-eyes emojis.
