‘We don’t like each other’: Helen Flanagan reveals what she and ex Scott Sinclair clashed over
Helen Flanagan revealed the one thing her and ex-partner Scott Sinclair couldn’t agree on.
The Rosie Webster star, 34, who started on the soap when she was nine-years-old before going on to appear on I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!, spoke earlier this year about the serious mental health issue she was experiencing.
At the time Helen admitted she believed part of the reason for her psychosis was the ’emotional struggle’ after splitting from long-term partner Scott Sinclair in 2022.
The pair share three children: Matilda, eight, Delilah, five, and two-year-old Charlie.
Sharing a picture of herself on holiday, she opened up about her thoughts on homeschooling, something Scott was against.
‘I don’t really like the routine of being back at school and I like being spontaneous and having the freedom with the kids,’ she penned.
‘I actually did look at home schooling last year when I was going to do a six months theatre tour and wanted them with me but their daddy really didn’t want them to home school even though it would only be for a short period of time.’
Helen, who is on the latest series of Celebs Go Dating, previously admitted to The Sun: ‘It was a mutual decision and, personally, I felt as a mum that this was the best thing for my children.
‘I want them to see healthy relationships and to be in healthy environments. I think if you’re unhappy then that projects on to them.
She added: ‘I love Scott and I know that he loves me, but I suppose we just don’t like each other very much at the moment. We don’t really speak and there’s no point in pretending that we’re the best of friends when we’re not.’
