Brandi Glanville has left fans worried after she shared a photo where she appears drastically different, dealing with a swollen face during her health woes.

The star from “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” aged 52, turned to social media expressing her ordeal with an alarming photo and words that read, “What happened? ” penned on X, formerly known as Twitter, this Sunday.

She describes a difficult medical journey, “I’ve been in and out of the hospital this passed year and 1/2… spent almost every dollar I have trying to figure it out. Some Dr.’s say I have a parasite that jumps around my face. Some say it’s stress induced edema. I personally say it’s Bravo.”

Fans reacted with shock to Glanville’s distressing image and cryptic caption: “Sick it.”

Support poured in alongside theories about her condition. Queries arose like “Is that filler migration? ” met by another fan’s suggestion, “No, it’s an immune response because she’s in poor health.”

Previously, Glanville pointed fingers at Bravo as the reason for her swollen visage, sharing back in July how the legal battles with them led her to feeling “miserable and depressed”.

Brandi has pointed the finger at her former employer, US TV network Bravo, for her facial disfigurement. Over the summer, she took to social media to reveal that stress was wreaking havoc on her appearance.
