The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills wouldn’t be nearly as addicting without feasting on the lavish lifestyles the Housewives indulge in as a backdrop to their dramatic antics. Some of the cast married into money, while others climbed their way up the cutthroat corporate ladder to be able to boast their padded pockets.
See which season 14 cast member is the richest, and who had to put in the work to get there.
Kyle Richards
Kyle Richards and soon-to-be ex husband have a combined net worth of around $100 million. The former child actress married Mauricio Umansky, a successful real estate investor. However, as their divorce proceeds, that figure is subject to change. Kyle herself gave some insight into how in episode 2 of season 14.
“Everything we have is 50/50,” she said. “Yes, of course, you know, The Agency is also mine. I’ll tell you why. First of all, he always says it. It’s written in his book: ‘If it was not for my wife, I wouldn’t have this.’ He’s gone on interviews and says this. I’m not kidding.”
“We started with nothing, we built everything together,” Kyle added. “And that’s it.”
Erika Girardi
Compared to the other girls, Erika’s $5 million net worth seems almost paltry. A dance-pop singer, she and her husband, lawyer Tom Girardi, accumulated their fortune over the years. However, Tom was disbarred in 2022 after accusations of defrauding clients, with his legal practice falling apart as a result. His ignominious professional downfall combined with their subsequent divorce leaves Erika one of the “poorer” Housewives – but still pretty well off.
Dorit Kemsley
Dorit, who launched her own swimwear line in 2016, is married to Paul “PK” Kemsley, a real estate developer and talent manager. The couple have a combined net worth estimated at $50 million.
Though, like her castmate Kyle, she’s in the middle of a divorce, leaving her post-split net worth a big question mark as they proceed with the break up.
Garcelle Beauvais
Actress and model Garcelle has been working consistently in the entertainment business for years. She boasts some impressive screen credits, including The Jamie Foxx Show, NYPD Blue, Coming to America and its sequel, White House Down and Spider-Man: Homecoming.
She still takes several gigs a year, stacking her paper in the process. To date, she has an estimated net worth of $4 million – making her the “brokest” Housewife, which is a bit like saying she’s short for an NBA player.
Sutton Stracke
Sutton owns her own fashion boutique, The Sutton Concept, and is currently the managing director of Pacific Investment Management Company. The Housewife was also married to financier Christian Stracke for 16 years, from 2000 to 2016.
She now has a net worth around $50 million.
“When my ex-husband and I got married, we were on equal footing,” Sutton explained. However, after they welcomed their first child, she stopped working to raise their kid full time.
“My power diminished. This became ‘here’s your allowance,’” she said. “I will never allow that to happen again.”
As per their settlement, Christian must pay Sutton $300,000 per month as long as she lives, plus $50,000 in child support for the time being.
Bozoma Saint John
Ghanaian native Bozoma began working in corporate America after graduating from Wesleyan, eventually rising to serve as Global Chief Marketing Officer of Netflix, CMO of Endeavor, Chief Business Officer of Uber, Head of Marketing at Apple Music and iTunes and the Head of Music and Entertainment Marketing at Pepsi.
She was married to Peter Saint John for a decade before his death in 2013. Her hard work paid off, as the executive has a current net worth of about $40 million.
Kathy Hilton & Jennifer Tilly
Honorable mentions Jennifer Tilly and Kathy Hilton are guest stars on the show, but it wouldn’t be right to leave them off the list, considering Jennifer has built up an estimated fortune of $40 million through her work in Hollywood and her professional poker career, while Kathy, Kyle’s older sister, married into the Hilton family and now has a net worth of around $350 million.
