Cait Fitton Sparks Buzz with Heartfelt Declaration of Love for ‘Corrie’ Co-Star

Coronation Street’s Cait Fitton issued a heartfelt tribute to her co-star after a special personal update. The soap star is renowned for her role as Lauren Bolton on the cobbles.

The character has been at the centre of the show’s major storyline this year after she was targeted by Joel Deering. The long running saga reached its conclusion this month when soap justice was served as Lauren took revenge on the villainous character, who has persecuted her all year.

Lauren delivered the deadly blow to defend Max Turner, who initially tried to take the blame for the crime. However, Lauren came clean after Max wasn’t going to get away with a plea of self defence.

Away from the screen, Max is played by Paddy Bever, who enjoys a close friendship with Cait. It is a special day for Paddy as he revealed he is celebrating his 22nd birthday.

Cait has taken to Instagram to send a special message to her co-star to mark the special day as she said: “Happy birthday to my Paddy Bever. I love you.”

The two regularly share updates together on their social media platform and jetted off on holiday to Tenerife last year. Cait and Paddy shared snaps from a Halloween party they attended last month with their Corrie co-stars.

Cait and Paddy posed alongside Joel Deering star, Calum Lill, after he officially exited the show earlier this month. Cait shared a heartfelt tribute to her co-star as his memorable stint on the Cobbles came to an end.

She said: “Cal. Thank you. Thank you for being the most amazing colleague, but also an amazing friend. You have taught me so much, throughout this whole process.

“The wise words of wisdom and the memories we have shared I will cherish forever. You are one of the most hard working people I’ve ever met.

“With the dedication and hard work you put into everything you do, I want you to know it has NEVER gone unnoticed. We’ve laughed, we’ve cried but what a journey we have had.

“I miss you making me laugh on set, and being your usual weird self. Please never lose that. As you say goodbye to the cobbles, I want you to know how grateful and proud I am to have worked alongside you.

“I send you all the love and luck in the world as you continue on your adventure! Never be a stranger to us at @coronationstreet! We love you.”
