Hero who pulled Home and Away actress from car crash has witnessed a SECOND fatal accident
The heroic mother-of-three who pulled Home and Away actress Jessica Falkholt and her sister from their fatal car wreck found herself at the scene of another car accident just weeks later.
Lisa Elmas, 44, acted fast after Australian TV star Jessica was involved in a car accident which killed her parents Lars, 69, and Vivian, 60, on 26 December last year, while her 21-year-old sister Annabelle died soon after.
On Thursday, Lisa found herself at the scene after an Iranian Olympian and his family were involved in a separate fatal car crash.
The good samaritan offered her assistance to medical professionals after Hamid Mobarrez, 36, and his wife, Tamara, and son Eli, five, were involved in a head on collision.
The accident left Tamara dead, aged 36, while Hamid and Eli fight for their lives in hospital – and Lisa has revealed how the second traumatic incident in less than three weeks has affected her.
“I just said: ‘Oh my god, another head-on’,” Lisa told Australia’s 7 News.
“It was horrific, I had to turn around and hop out of the car,” she continued, giving details of her heroics.
Lisa urged other drivers to “slow down” after seeing the second accident.
“I’m beside myself to be honest. I have three beautiful children. I think any parent or anyone who has family members [would do the same] … I’m very overwhelmed and just trying to deal with this best I can,” she said.
Hamid and Eli are both believed to be in critical conditions following their accident – with a 39-year-old male driver of the separate car also taken to hospital.
Jessica Falkholt is said to be in a critical condition after her life support was turned off on Friday.
